We had a reservation in this hotel for five nights. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of the unexpected death of a close relative. We cannot express how grateful we are to the receptionists for their help. That night, august 27th, they did their utmost to find a suitable flight for us to come back home as soon as possible. After two frantic hours on the phone and on internet they had got flight tickets for that very morning, train tickets from Krakow to Warsaw (where the flight left from) and a taxi waiting for us. Their generous help was so comforting in those hard moments of confusion, nerves and sorrow. Thanks, thanks, a million thanks.
